Execellent room service and very friendly hotel staffs. Special thanks to the front desk staff Rupender. She was so informative, polite and helpful. She is the best. The staff at the gate was very nice too.

Had a Confirmed Reservation(payment was paid as well) which was cancelled Last minute coz they got a Wedding booking. No mails were sent by them and just informed on the phone. Extremely unprofessional and just washed their hands from the matter.Had to last minute search for an alternate hotel by paying much more. Avoid property at all costs.

Avoid this hotel at all cost! We stayed for 2 days 13-15 jan 2019 & the name says it all. When having a shower or a wash over the sink it leaked everywhere, room was cold, breakfast nothing to write home about.

Average hotel for the price but Chicken Tikka was the best I have tasted in Delhi. When I arrived the TV was not showing any channels and it seems they had not paid the subscription! Next day the owner / manager had to pay the subscription for the cable to work. Except for that everything was fine.
